Aberdare’s Festival of Unity: Celebrating Comm-Unity Throughout August
Aberdare is coming alive with the Festival of Unity, a collaborative effort between various organizations aimed at fostering community cohesion. Throughout August, the town will be a hub of vibrant events, celebrating togetherness and diversity. The festival kicked off on August 5th with an opening launch event, culminating in a grand Community Conference & Performance on August 26th. Activities range from drama workshops and arts and crafts sessions to singing workshops and sporting events. St Elvan’s serves as the heart of the festival, hosting a range of activities that bring people together. With a vision of unity, the festival showcases the power of communal bonds and offers a diverse and engaging program for all ages.
