Newydd gets Gold!
Newydd, a housing association with properties across Rhondda Cynon Taff, has achieved the ‘We invest in people’ Gold Award following an intensive assessment process by the international organisation Investors in People.
The Investors in People framework sets out the criteria for high performance through people. It’s a simple framework to benchmark the effectiveness of leadership and management practices in any organisation.
Newydd first achieved an Investors in People accreditation in 1998. This year Newydd, with 170 staff and 3,000 homes, has achieved key outcomes from the Investors in People investigation which include; 92% of staff believe that Newydd is committed to diversity and 91% agreed that Newydd is a great place to work.
