Join the Fun: Women’s Soft Ball Cricket Class in Mountain Ash!

Mountain Ash Cricket Club is excited to announce its upcoming Women’s Soft Ball Cricket class. This is an excellent opportunity for women of all ages and abilities to learn and play this exciting sport while enjoying the beautiful Caedrawnant Playing Fields in Mountain Ash.

The first session of the class is scheduled to start on Friday 5th May, 2023 from 6-7pm. The sessions will be led by Rebecca Thomas, who is a Cricket Wales Coach and South Wales’ Women & Girls Development Officer. With her expertise, participants can look forward to developing their cricket skills and learning more about the sport.

The class is open to women of all ages, starting from 13 years and above, and all skill levels, including complete beginners. Whether you have never played cricket before or have some experience, the qualified coaches at Mountain Ash Cricket Club will provide the necessary guidance and support to ensure that everyone has fun and enjoys the sessions.

Playing softball cricket is a fantastic way to stay active and meet new people. The sessions are designed to be both fun and inclusive, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals to improve their fitness, teamwork, and social skills. And, to add to the fun, participants can also enjoy a glass of prosecco after the first session!
