CTM Workforce and Development team win ‘Macro Employer of the Year Award’
Congratulations to Rhian Lewis and the Workforce and Development team for winning the Macro Employer of the Year Award in last night's Apprenticeship Awards Cymru 2022 ceremony. The Health Board are proud that CTM have been able to offer apprenticeship opportunities to staff and the local community of CTM.
In partnership with training provider Educ8 Training, CTM evolved its strategy four years ago and launched the Higher Apprenticeship (Level 4) in Health Care Science (HCS) – the first of its kind in Wales.
Bringing the gap between Level 3 health related apprenticeships and a degree, the Higher Apprenticeship enables learners to progress to become a registered scientist. More than 550 staff have accessed an apprenticeship in CTM.
