Police in Aberdare are appealing for information following a burglary at Ysgol Gyfun Rhydywaun, Hirwaun.
Power tools worth as much as £50,000 were stolen from a new school building in the early hours of Thursday, 23rd June.
Those responsible accessed the school from the Tramway and used an angle grinder to breach perimeter fencing. The tools were being stored in large metal boxes which, it is believed, were pushed back through the woods towards the Tramway.
