Why is company allowed to use a Cwmbach TFW car park to store commercial vehicles Rhondda Cynon Taf Council?

Residents have been complaining for months about the designated Cwmbach Transport for Wales Carpark being used by a vehicle hire company to store vehicles.

So long has this been going on it even show up on the Google Street View maps numerous complaints and photograph evidence has been provided on Social Medea to Rhondda Cynon Taf Council but the problem remains.

The same Hire Me vehicles parked up in Car + Van Rental Wales who have taken over the site of the former Duffryn Arms public house, Canal Road Cwmbach but clearly the site now a forecourt is to small to accommodate all the hire vehicles, this is evident as vehicles are parked on the pavement just outside the forecourt again obstructing the public highway.

Looking up Car + Van Rental Wales on Companies House can not find any record but I did for HIRE ME (WALES) LIMITED Company number 08287737 registered to that address but the company was dissolved on 19 July 2016. Another company registered to that address is AQUA VEHICLES LIMITED Company number 11795907 Incorporated on 29 January 2019 this company is still active both companies HIRE ME (WALES) LIMITED and AQUA VEHICLES LIMITED were registered in the name.

The site was also called BARGAIN CARS ABERDARE LTD Company number 09477514 Incorporated on 9 March 2015 Dissolved on 5 June 2018 looking at the link below you can make your own mind up.

Passing the site this morning there was a Rhondda Cynon Taf Council vehicle parked on the pavement were they there to solve the ongoing problem or a private visit? Vehicles a regular parked on the pavement as the RCT vehicle it is an offence to obstruct the Public Highway south Wales Police are not bothered as you can see in the photograph a South Wales Police vehicle is driving past the highway obstruction as they have been doing for months.
