RHONDDA CYNON TAFF COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL (A4061 RHIGOS MOUNTAIN ROAD, TREHERBERT TO RHIGOS) (SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2021
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council propose to make various Orders under Sections 1, 2, 4, 81, 82, 83 and 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the Act”) and all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to:
1. Introduce a 40mph speed limit on the road identified in
Schedule 1

Objections to the proposal together with the grounds on which they are made must be sent in writing to the Traffic Manager, Sardis House, Sardis Road, Pontypridd, CF37 1DU or by email on trafficservices@rctcbc.gov.uk by 11th January 2021
SCHEDULE 1 – 40mph Speed Limit
a. The A4061 Rhigos Mountain Road from a point east of the north eastern building line of No. 6 Park Place, Treherbert in a general northerly direction to a point 600 metres south west of it entrance with the Open Cast Site-Access Road and Tower Surface Mine a distance of 10,420 metres
