RHONDDA CYNON TAFF COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 123(1) (2A) OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972

 

Notice is hereby given that the County Borough Council of Rhondda Cynon Taff intends to dispose of the following areas of land within Rhondda Cynon Taff which consists or forms part of an open space.

 

1. Land adjoining Laburnum Terrace Rhydyfelin – Ref: dprgen – 5843

2. Land at Harold Street Llanharan – Ref: dprgen – 5842

3. Land at Clayton Crescent Glyncoch – Ref: dprgen – 5841

4. Land adjacent to 113 Tyntyla Road Llwynypia – Ref: dprgen – 5840

5. Land adjoining 97 Clydach Road Tonypandy – Ref: dprgen – 5839

6. Land adjacent to Glyntaff Close Rhydyfelin – Ref: dprgen – 5838

 

Any persons wishing to object to the proposed disposal should write to the undermentioned (quoting the relevant reference number) with details of the objection, such objection to be received by the undermentioned no later than the 14th Febuary 2020
