RHONDDA CYNON TAFF COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL
(REGULATION OF OFF STREET CAR PARKS) (VARIATION) ORDER 2018
Notice is hereby given that Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council (“the Council”) propose to make an order under sections 32 and 35 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the 1984 Act”) and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to:
1. Vary the Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council (Regulation of Off Street Car Parks) Order 2012 by inserting into the Schedule of that order the item specified in the Schedule to this notice.
Copies of the relevant documents may be inspected free of charge at the offices of the Council at; The Pavilions, Cambrian Park, Clydach Vale, Tonypandy CF40 2XX and at Aberdare Library, Green Street, Aberdare CF44 7AG.
Objections to the proposal together with the grounds on which they are made must be sent in writing to the Parking Services and Streetworks Manager, Sardis House, Sardis Road, Pontypridd CF37 1DU to be received no later than 8 June 2018.
