Carers Wales survey – Support for working carers
Carers Wales is working with Welsh Government to gather views on how employers can better support working carers and would be grateful if you could share our short survey with your networks.
As you appreciate, as the working population ages and our loved ones are living longer, supporting working carers is becoming increasingly important. More people will be juggling work and caring responsibilities. Employers of all sizes want to do more to support carers in their workforce.
The survey can be found here and will close on 28 February.
Carers Wales would like to gather views from:
- Working carers
- People who have worked while caring
- People who would have liked to work while caring
- People who may be a working carer in the future
- Anyone with views to share
The findings will be used for a report which will be shared across Wales to inform employers and the Welsh government about how working carers can be supported.
We are also collecting views of employers, if you would like to share your thoughts as an employer, the employer survey can be found here it should take no more than 5 minutes. We will be happy to share our findings with you.
