This review aimed to establish whether Cwm Taf University Health Board is ensuring that patients have access to effective and resilient GP out-of-hours services.
The Health Board has taken good steps to stabilise the GP out-of-hours service, however there is further scope to improve data integrity, operational management capacity, public signposting and performance against some targets.
