PACT Meeting today to concerning dogs to be kept on leads in Aberdare Park

Aberdare West PACT Meeting

August 2, 2017 5:45 pm at St Fagans Community Hall, Windsor Street, Trecynon.

We were informed that a discussion concerning dogs to be kept on leads in Aberdare Park would take place at the PACT meeting Aberdare West this Wednesday.

Aberdare Park is used people outside the area of Aberdare West as well as tourists who visit the park.

This is a controversial issue as numerous children and dog walkers generally use the park.

If a dog attacks a child in the park who is responsible? The dog owner he/she is responsible for the dog!! The council they are responsible for the public within the park!! Perhaps Rhondda Cynon Taf Council can provide the answer?

Not forgetting Dare Valley Country Park is almost next to Aberdare Park
