Officers are appealing for information following an assault on a female in the Ferndale area.
The assault is believed to have taken place in the lane just off Dolgwilym Street, Pontygwaith yesterday evening around 9.30pm.
Officers would like to hear from anyone who was in the area around 9.00-10.00pm last night, or who may have witnessed the incident, as they may be able to help with their enquires.
