Equality Report 2014-15
This is the first joint report by the Auditor General for Wales and Wales Audit Office on our compliance with the General Duty of the Equality Act 2010.
In 2014-15, we developed a revised programme of work to help ensure that the necessary arrangements are in place for the Auditor General and Wales Audit Office to fully meet their equality duties and objectives.
We made good progress on meeting our Strategic Equality Plan objectives, including through establishing improved arrangements to seek and take account of the views of people who represent the interests of protected groups. We also revised our framework of diversity monitoring questions and categories to better reflect current good practice and recently published guidance.
