Danish Squash Open, Northern Copenhagen
St John's Kieran travelled to Copenhagen last week Thursday 1st of October to take part in the Danish Squash Open at the Hervlev sports complex in Northern Copenhagen. He played in the under 15 boys category with competitors from Denmark, Sweden, Norway, South Africa, Israel and Scotland.
All competing to win a European title , a well organised event and a high level of squash by all competitors and very enjoyable. The host nation did look after all athletes very well.
Kieran played 4 games and finished 5th overall only losing to the Scottish number 2 Chris Murphy who won the under 15's title.
This is the 4th European of this year Kieran has attended including the French, Dutch and Welsh and is looking forward to moving into the under 17's and hopefully attending the Swiss tournament in December.
