The Wallich Winter campaign launches

The Wallich has teamed up with the South Wales Echo this Christmas to help raise £75,000 for a string of vehicles called the Street Fleet, which will help our Rough Sleepers' Intervention Teams get more people off the streets and into safety.
Over the next few months, we will be working with the Echo to highlight the diverse work that we do and share the real-life stories behind the statistics.
Cardiff Half Marathon runners raise more than £7,000
We're proud to announce that our amazing 31 participants of the Cardiff Half Marathon 2017 have raised £7,215, and counting, for The Wallich.
This is the highest number of runners we’ve ever had for the Cardiff Half and this is reflected with the highest-ever total raised for our charity. Thank you to everyone who took part and to everyone who sponsored them!
New Support that Saves report published
Our Support that Saves, written by The Wallich Research Officer, Alex Osmond, investigates the savings that can be made to the public purse, by providing people who have housing-related need, with the right support.
The report includes case studies from real service users of The Wallich and concludes that for every £1 of Supporting People funding spent on our homelessness support services, £2.99 is saved to the public.
