No, Life Saving isn't just something you see on the TV, it could be you!
Welsh Hearts, the charity that aims to prevent and manage Heart disease in Wales is providing a FREE lunchtime CPR and Defibrillator training course in the Neuadd in the National Assembly for Wales' Senedd building.
The aim is to equip the people of Cardiff with vital emergency and life-saving skills! It's shocking to learn that the likelihood of cardiac arrest survival outside of hospital increases from 3% to 50% when a Defibrillator is used! Do you know where your nearest one is and how to use it?
The training day takes place on Monday 1st February between 12pm and 3pm, booking is essential as the course takes between 30-45 mins and refreshments are provided.
