However, we are looking for teaching assistants who can be kind, caring and nurturing to children’s needs.The successful Teaching Assistant will have:
• Prior LSA experience, especially with children within nursery, primary or secondary settings.• Experience in supporting classroom teacher.• Excellent management of SEN or 1:1 individuals.
