PC Leigh Newman and PC Stacey Arndell last week engaged with children attending RCT’s ‘Food and Fun’ school holiday enrichment programme, funded by the Welsh Local Government Association, in particular, Maerdy primary school and Cymmer primary school.
They provided inputs to the children on internet safety and anti-social behaviour in the community.
The aim of these sessions is for the children to be advised on safety, behaviours and feeling safe in our communities.
Most importantly, the children had a lot of fun, got to ask many questions, and try on the uniform.
