Annual General Meeting
The Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 31st July 2025 at 9:15am at the Hub, Royal Glamorgan Hospital, Llantrisant. Due to ongoing works at the Hospital, please note that there are currently car parking challenges at the Royal Glamorgan Hospital site.
The purpose of the AGM is to receive the Health Board’s Annual Report and Annual Accounts for 2024/2025. This meeting is open to members of the public and if you would like to attend please register your attendance up to three working days prior to the meeting by emailing [email protected]. The Annual General Meeting will also be recorded and uploaded to our website following the meeting.
As this is a public meeting, should you wish to raise a question at the AGM we would be grateful if you could submit these to us by 28th July 2025 via the following mailbox – [email protected]. Questions will be responded to during the meeting.
Should you wish to observe the Annual General Meeting and require simultaneous welsh language translation or British Sign Language, please contact [email protected] at least three working days prior to the meeting and we will endeavour to provide this service where possible.

Board Meeting
The next Board meeting of the Health Board will take place on Thursday 31st July 2025 at 10:00am at the Hub, Royal Glamorgan Hospital, Llantrisant. Due to ongoing works at the Hospital, please note that there are currently car parking challenges at the Royal Glamorgan Hospital site.
Meetings of the Health Board will be held in public and therefore members of the public are welcome to attend in person and observe the meeting.
The Board meeting will also be recorded and uploaded to our website as soon as possible following the meeting.
If you would like more information or if you are interested in observing our public Board meeting in person we ask that you register your interest beforehand, up to three working days prior to the meeting, by contacting at [email protected].
Should you wish to observe any Board meeting and require simultaneous welsh language translation or British Sign Language, please contact [email protected] at least 3 working days prior to the meeting and we will endeavour to provide this service.
As the Health Board will be ‘meeting in public’ it is important to note that this is not a public meeting. In a public meeting, questions may be asked during the course of the meeting, whilst questions are taken after the completion of consideration of all agenda items during a meeting in public.
To this end, we accommodate questions in advance up to three working days prior to the meeting, in order to allow accurate responses to be provided in a timely manner. Please send us any questions relating to items on the agenda by email to: [email protected]. The questions will be responded to at the end of the meeting.
The Chair may apply their discretion in determining whether to accept questions that arise from the public on the day of the meeting. Under these circumstances, the Board reserves the right to defer the provision of a response in order to allow sufficient time for verification and accuracy, normally within 7 working days.
