RHONDDA CYNON TAFF COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL
(REGULATION OF OFF STREET CAR PARKS) (VARIATION) ORDER 2018
Notice is hereby given that Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council (“the Council”) have made an order under sections 32 and 35 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the 1984 Act”) and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to:
1. Vary the Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council (Regulation of Off Street Car Parks) Order 2012 by inserting into the Schedule of that order the item specified in the Schedule to this notice.
The order will come into operation on 1 July 2018.
Any person within to question the validity of the order or of any provision contained in it on the ground that they are not within the powers conferred by the 1984 Act or on the grounds that any requirement of the 1984 Act or of any instrument made under it had not been complied with in relation to the order, may within 6 weeks from 28 June 2018 apply to the High Court for this purpose.

Wholly within a parking bay marked for the use of Disabled Badge Holders – Motor cars, light goods vehicles, invalid carriages, motor cycles displaying a valid Season Ticket
Disabled Persons Vehicles – Monday to Saturday inclusive, (except bank holidays), between the hours of 0700 and 1900 – Monday to Saturday
inclusive, (except bank holidays), between the hours of 0800 and 1800 – Monthly: £20 Annual: £200
