RHONDDA CYNON TAFF COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL
(THE UNNAMED ROAD FROM BRYN FFYNNON
PUBLIC HOUSE TO PLEASANT VIEW, LLANWONNO)
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2018
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council intends, not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, which will have a maximum duration of eighteen months.
The effect of the Order will be to temporarily prohibit any person from causing any vehicle to proceed along the unnamed road from Bryn Ffynnon Public House to Pleasant View, Llanwonno The restriction is necessary to enable works to be executed on or near the road.
The Order is expected to come into force from 26th February 2018 to 6th May 2018 or until the works are completed.
Access will be maintained for pedestrians and emergency service vehicles
During the period of the closure the alternative route for vehicles is as follows:
From the south western side of the closure, proceed via the unnamed road from Bryn Ffynnon Public House to Pen-y-Wal, Rock Terrace, Old Ynysybwl Road, Heol-y-Mynach and Pleasant View to the north eastern side of the closure.
For vehicles travelling in the opposite direction, reverse the directions given above
