Busy parents offered work/life balance
PARENTS looking to balance their lifestyles alongside work are this month (May, 2017) being offered weekend and evening opportunities with a Welsh care provider.
Abacare understands that working and looking after children can be difficult so is offering flexible hours to current and potential new care staff.
Peter Angelides, CEO at the award-winning provider, Abacare, which has offices in Rhondda Cynon Taf (RCT), said: “As well as providing continuous care to our service users, we also always make sure our staff are looked after so we’re offering existing and new members joining the team the opportunity to take on weekend or evening work.
“Weekends and evenings are our busiest times and these hours could be ideal for busy parents who have children to look after but want to have a good balance of life and work. Their hours can fit around their childcare as we are able to be very flexible.”
“Anyone interested should give us a call at our RCT office on 01443 742645 or visit www.abacare.org.uk.”
