DECI Inspection report for Ysbyty Cwm Cynon Mountain Ash Hospital

Introduction Healthcare Inspectorate Wales (HIW) completed an unannounced dignity and essential care Inspection in Ward 3 at Ysbyty Cwm Cynon, part of Cwm Taf University Health Board on the 22 and 23 November 2014. Our inspection considers the following issues:
