How the Local Development Plans rigged with phoney statistics by the Planning Inspectorate and its back-up team, with the connivance of Welsh politicians.
As we have said in the past on this site lots of new homes being built but nothing to improve the main highways of Cynon Valley.
There are plenty of empty properties around don’t know how many in RCT but Almost 3,000 homes lying empty in Caerphilly revealed by Plaid
