Hi you lot I have had my heart hanging out for all your cries, so i thought I might be able to ease your sorrows.
Bailys Irish Cream
One and a Half Cup of Whisky ( does not have to be expensive )
I can Of Condensed Milk
300 ML< fresh cream,
3 Eggs
1 T/spoon coconut Ess.
1 T/spoon caramel Ess,
1T/ spoon Chocolare Ess,
Whisk
Eggs, cream, con- milk,and coconut Ess,
Add
Scotch, caramel Ess, and chocolate Ess
Whisk all in together
Bottle and stand cool not cold,will need two by 700 Ml,
For 3 Weeks, Just turning the bottle top to bottom say twice a week , If you do not drink it all in one go do not through it out if it looks curdled,just give it a good shake I have had some for 12 months and it is still good
This will give you about enough ingrients to make about Five or six bottles, but you only get two out of
each mix

Hey that sounds good must have a go at making that ,just hope I can get the essences you mention.
Condensed milk Yummy ,I will have to watch that I don't eat the whole tin before I make the Baileys.
