Left-libertarians, Libertarian socialists who believe in a decentralized economy run by trade unions, workers' councils, cooperatives, municipalities and communes have wrought destruction of British education for almost 50 years time to confine their obsolete philosophies to the bin and bring back the old grammar schools.

It is very important that we understand our national history as part of being an active citizen. You can’t debate our sense of national identity and our national interest unless you understand our national history.
