Lack of care of the elderly in RCT

Just wondering if anyone else has had appalling experiences from RCT Social services and any other services with regard to care (or total lack of from our experiences) of the vulnerable elderly?

Anyone else have serious concerns or genuine problems regarding lack of referrals and duty of care/negligence?

We have a humdinger of a case sadly and we are taking it to the national media who are running a campaign regarding the shocking lack of care for the elderly.

Would like to hear about good or bad experiences to take forwards please.
