School and court house buildings

Anyone have any idea what plans are afoot for the use of the Girls Comp. School and the old Court House building on Cwmbach Road when the new school is built at the Sports Center?

I was informed that the old Court House building on Cwmbach Road had been sold at a knockdown price to someone who owns and runs lots of chemist’s shops.
The informant also said it was an ideal building because of its built-in security an ideal place for storing pills etc.
Is what or who you know that get the best deals on public buildings?
same old aberdare the rich are doing alright so everybody shut up
The girls school is going to become a retirement home for old Labour Mp's and councillors with 5 star luxury on tap 24 hours a day.
Arthur scargill will offically open the new RED Flag centre and Mr Neil Kinnock and his tribe will be first to try out the health suite and spa facilities.
And their will be golden troughs for their 5 meals a day
Personally I don't care what the old court house was sold for if it's going to be used for a useful purpose rather than being allowed to fall into disrepair and a breeding ground for vermin. How about the school though? what plans are afoot for that in the future?
