Canon Street Aberdare its common practice to place water pipes under the ground to stop them freezing in could weather.

In my opinion placing a water pipe under a roller shutter door is just asking for trouble who is responsible contractor who carried out regeneration work? Or water board?

Just doesn’t look good workmanship if it is part of the £7.7 million regeneration work in Cannon Street
