Looking for Jeff

Hi All,
I was with a Canada contingent that stayed in Aberdare during the Rugby World Cup. While there we met two guys that work for the Town doing waste collection and they showed us the best time during our 4 nation trip. I am hoping to reconnect as I'd like to return to Aberdare where I started dating the girl that I hope to soon marry.
Can't tell you much more than one of the guys was named Jeff and they frequent the East Indian restaurant across from the library...I know...I know...but we were on rugby tour!

An update on the above, I very rarely go to town but had to pop up after work today and who should I bump into....yes you guessed it- Jeff Carter!! I mentioned to him about the request on here and he mentioned a party and the fact that you all stayed in a B & B in town- something Tree? He said you all ended up in the Bee Hive one night?
