B4275 Aberaman Abercwmboi Roadworks
Posted by Dareparkwalk from Aberdare on the 16th October 2010
There seems to be very little progress with roadworks between Aberaman and Abercwmboi.
The traffic lights have been there now for at least four weeks with little sign of a new roundabout but plenty of long traffic jams.

They were there today tarmacing the footways and digging a hole in the middle of the road.
Anyone know if the local land developer is providing some of the funding for this delayed project as I understand there is about 90 dwellings being built on the adjoining property.
But this is typical of the short-sighted labour controlled local government in control when the link road was constructed the cost of this project would be less than half the cost of today’s prices.
Nothing changes
