On Monday the 19th of January our Community Safety Team Officers supported RCT Trading Standards in undertaking a Closure Notice on The Vape Zone premises at Margaret Street, Abercynon.
On Wednesday the 21st of January this has been followed up by officers from our Neighbourhood Uplift Teams supported colleagues from RCT Trading Standards in enforcing a full closure order on the premises. Following concerns about the premises, RCT Trading Standards presented compelling evidence to Merthyr Tydfil Magistrates’ Court who have granted a three‑month closure order on the shop.
