Consultation description
Decapitalisation rates are used in the calculation of the rateable value of certain properties. These properties would include schools, hospitals, and oil refineries.
We are consulting on:
- whether the decapitalisation rate should be prescribed in legislation
- which rates should be prescribed
- how the rate or rates should be calculated
