TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE ORDER 2018
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council intends, not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, which will have a maximum duration of eighteen months.
The effect of the Order will be to temporarily prohibit any person from causing any vehicle to proceed along John Street from the northern boundary of Cynon House southwards for a distance of 90 metres
The restriction is necessary to enable works to be executed on or near the road.
The Order would come into force between the hours of 8:00am to 4:30pm on 29th May 2018 to 31st May 2018 or until such time as the works have been completed
Access will be maintained for pedestrians and emergency service vehicles
