Restart A Heart Day 2018 Welsh Rugby Union backs charity campaign to teach CPR throughout Wales!

Restart a Heart Day is a designated yearly day of action with the aim to teach vital life-saving cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills to as many people as possible throughout the world!
Throughout Wales, Welsh Hearts will be doing their part by organising lots of free CPR and Defibrillator Training events so please keep checking on our website and social media for a CPR training day in your area.
Welsh Hearts are encouraging all schools, sports clubs, communities and businesses who want to learn CPR and how to use a defibrillator to come along for free training on Monday 15th October anytime from 9am to 9pm at the stadium. Over 8000 out of hospital cardiac arrests occur every year in Wales – would you know what to do?
