PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER
FOOTPATH 341 LLANTRISANT
The above order, made on 17 October 2017 under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 will divert the line of the public footpath described in Part 1 of the Schedule to the line described in Part 2 of the Schedule as shown on the order map.
A copy of the order and of the order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at the offices of the Council at The Pavilions, Cambrian Park, Clydach Vale, Tonypandy CF40 2XX and at Sardis House, Sardis Road, Pontypridd CF37 1DU between during normal office hours. Copies may be bough there for a reasonable charge.
Any representations about or objections to the order may be sent in writing to the Director of Legal and Democratic Services, The Pavilions, Cambrian Park, Clydach Vale, Tonypandy CF40 2XX (quoting reference AH/DL1-00138) not later than 23 November 2017.
If no such representations or objections are so made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council may confirm the order as an unopposed order.

PART 1
Description of site of existing path or way
Commences at Point A on the order map (grid reference ST03138067) and proceeds eastwards across Ivor Park, Otters Brooks Lodge and Nant Y Dyfrgi watercourse to terminate at Point E on the Order map at the junction with footpaths 322 and 323 (grid reference ST03618069).

PART 2
Description of site of new path or way
Commences at Point A on the order map (grid reference ST03138067) on Footpath 341 Llantrisant at the entrance to Ivor Park off the Hollies and proceeds in a generally north easterly direction for a distance of 204 metres through Ivor Park along a well worn path descending a modest incline with shallow steps built into the banking to Point B on the order map (grid reference ST03328073). The path then proceeds in an easterly direction for a distance of 18 metres over a footbridge and up a flight of steps to Point C (grid reference ST03348074). The path then proceeds in an easterly direction for approximately 150 metres and then in a generally north easterly direction for approximately 306 metres where the path crosses a footbridge over Nant Y Dyfrgi watercourse before terminating at Point D (grid reference ST03628090) on Footpath 322 Llantrisant.
