Public Health Wales NHS Trust – NHS Consultant Contract: Follow-up

Audit office have followed up how a number of health bodies and trusts have addressed our previous recommendations on how well NHS employers were using the job planning process.

Some progress has been made in addressing our recommendations within Public Health Wales NHS Trust, but job planning remains ineffective and the Trust still has a limited understanding of consultant commitments.
