Police in Aberdare are appealing fro information following an assault
Police in Aberdare are appealing fro information following an assault which occurred in the town centre shortly after 4.00am on Sunday 1st November 2015 as Hallowe’en events drew to a close. A 24 year old local man was the approached in the Victoria Square area and struck by an unknown man, he fell down and struch his head which required medical attention. A CCVTV image of the suspect hads been published and officers investigating the assault want to hear from anyone who may be able to identify the man. He is described as bein of large build with glasses and a beard. He was in fancy dress, wearing clowns outfit. Anyone who recognises the man in the CCTV image or who is able to assist the police in this investigation is asked to call South Wales Police on 101 or anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555111 and quote reference 1500405036.
