“The Welsh Government is urging people not to travel unless absolutely necessary as a spell of heavy snow and blizzard conditions are expected to hit South and Mid Wales this afternoon.
Unless you hear from us [Velindre Cancer Centre] directly please do not come to your appointment today (Thursday, March 1st) or tomorrow(Friday, March 2nd).”
