Move a Mile For Muscles at Aberdare Park
Come and join the Cartwright Family as they move a mile for muscles around the scenic Aberdare Park. This is a free event, however, donations and sponsorship will help us to raise money to fund research into Becker muscular dystrophy – a muscle wasting condition that Sonny Cartwright has been diagnosed with. So why not set yourself a challenge of how you will move a mile (or more) for muscles. You could come in fancy dress, scoot, roller skate, go three legged or just enjoy the walk – you decide! You can set up a JustGiving page or download a sponsor form to help fundraise for the event. Even if you are not able to do this event sponsored, please come along and join in. All support is welcome.
The walk will set off at 3pm from just inside the main entrance gates on the Glan Rd/Gadlys Road junction.
