Don’t miss out from the 16th to 30th June, when the eagerly awaited 5th Wales Festival of Innovation will be brought to you by business, academia and innovators at great venues all over Wales!

The magnificent festival will shine a light on amazing inventions, collaborators & innovation together with enterprising & forward-thinking people who have a similar purpose – to ignite more innovation and drive our economy forward.

This year we are delighted to announce a line-up of over 60 events that have been carefully curated to provide fun and interactive opportunities for collaboration – with four kick-off events taking place in Bangor, Swansea and Cardiff during day one.

From superbugs to space, F1 to autonomous vehicles, food trends to bug cuisine and genomics to cryptocurrencies… it’s all here… and don’t forget as part of the 50th year celebrating Stanley Kubrick’s masterpiece and cult classic 2001: A Space Odyssey; a showcase with experts who were involved in the film itself.

Looking for the next big Artificial Intelligence application? Or perhaps you are searching for a muse for your next creative showcase? You can find it during June in Wales.

As a proud nation, Wales boasts a GVA of £59.6 billion*, with export of £16.4billion.  Our country is host to 1,100 overseas organisations that choose Wales as the location to provide their services, manufacture their products and collaborate with Welsh enterprise.  With leading industries being reported as public administration, defence, education and health equating to 23% of GVA, followed closely by the production sector representing 22%**.
