The 76-year-old was last seen shortly before 3pm on Wednesday, September 18, in the Tonyrefail area, and has links to the Cardiff area.
She is described as white, 5ft 3in tall, of medium build, and with shoulder-length grey hair pulled into a ponytail. She is also missing the top of her right index finger.
She was last wearing a lilac cardigan, a white blouse, a brown padded coat and light grey trousers.
