Can you help us identify the man in this picture?
We believe he has information about an incident which occurred in the Tonypandy area of Rhondda during the late 1980s.
It’s also believed he went by the name of Tony and had links to the Salvation Army.
He is encouraged to make contact if he sees this appeal, as is anybody who recognises him or who knows where he is.
