Aberdare Chess Club’s first match of the new East Glam Chess season saw it entertaining Nelson B at its new venue of Aberdare Golf Club

The new season has introduced a new time limit which everyone had to adjust to but  it was Aberdare  who  were the better team on the night finishing  with a 4 ½ v ½ score and placed them top of Division 2
