WALES YFC TO ATTEND ROYAL WELSH GRASSLAND EVENT

Wales YFC will attend the Royal Welsh Grassland Event at Pentre Farm, Merthyr Cynnog by kind permission of Mr John R Davies, FRAgs, 2012 President of the Royal Welsh Agricultural Society on Friday the 8th of June 2012.
During the event which is part of the Royal Welsh Show Feature County calendar 2012, leading machinery providers will demonstrate their cutting-edge kit and you can the public will be able to access the latest information on how to maximise their profits from grass. Other attractions for visitors throughout the day will include a Farmers’ Market, a speed shear completion and children entertainment.
Wales YFC will be present to promote the organisation, its events and various opportunities and to offer face painting for the younger generation visiting the stand. The trusted and experienced renewable energy company, Dulas will also be in attendance on the Wales YFC stand to explain how to make the most out of the current renewable energy financial incentives and how to offset ever rising energy costs through the installation of solar pv, biomass (Woodfuel) heating, wind or hydro systems. To celebrate their 30th anniversary a birthday cake and cup of tea will be on offer to the public as well as a number of question and answer sessions held throughout the day.
