We are a club currently playing in the Welsh League Division One with high ambitions. We are situated in the Cynon Valley between the villages of Abercwmboi and Aberaman. The Club was formed in 1892 and were the founder members of the Welsh League

The famous Nos Galan Races commemorate the Welsh runner Guto Nyth Bran and his legendary athletic prowess. Stories of Guto include how he could catch a bird in flight, and how on one occasion he ran to Pontypridd and back, some seven miles, before the kettle boiled.
