Wales Audit Office launches questionnaire as part of a study on food and catering services in Welsh hospitals
The Wales Audit Office is inviting anyone who in the last 12 months has been a patient, or cares for someone who has been in hospital, to give their views on the food they received during their hospital stay.
The questionnaire is one part of a review which will examine whether hospitals in Wales are delivering efficient and effective catering services which support patients’ recovery.
You can complete the questionnaire online by visiting www.wao.gov.uk. Alternatively, you can request a printed version of the questionnaire by calling 029 2032 0616 or by writing to Katrina Febry at 24 Cathedral Road, Cardiff, CF11 9LJ
The Wales Audit Office will use your views along with other findings from the review, to inform NHS organisations and other bodies such as the Welsh Assembly Government, about where hospital catering services are being delivered well and where improvements are needed. The questionnaire is open until 30 April 2010.
Whilst we welcome comments from anyone, the Wales Audit Office is unable to take up, or offer advice on individual experiences.
